First generation of Merino Lifetime project ewes

The young ewes yarded at Ridgefield, the University of Western Australia's farm at Pingelly, WA, in April have no idea how special they are. The ewes are from the first drop at the Pingelly site for the Merino Lifetime Productivity Project, although they'll go through their lives unaware of the contribution they are making to science and to better understanding the Merino.
