The Grain and Feed Association of Illinois (GFAI), the statewide trade association for the grain and feed industry, is celebrating its 125th anniversary in 2018.The association traces its roots back to 1893, when agroup of privately held companies joined efforts to form the Illinois Grain Dealers Association. Since that time, there have been three other associations that merged in 1971 to become the GFAI.
