How Ross International created a SCADS system for glass mould design

In January 2014,the RI Colombia team embarked on a path that would lead to improved efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the entire company and each of its processes.The focus began with the engineering process and the interactions between technical processes,including anyone who handled customers specifications.This area was ripe for improvement as most customer specifications were in an analogue,non-standardised format and every downstream process required rereading and retyping them every time needed.
