Federal support for small businesses

Ottawa has announced several measures to assist small businesses through the pandemic. The govern-ment is providing eligible employers a temporary wage subsidy for a period of three months.The subsidy will be equal to 75 per cent of remuneration paid during that period, up to a maximum subsidy of $847 per employee per week.
