Retail is changing and its changing rapidly. The key to success is to identify where your business fits into the retail model of the future.With consumers changing their shopping habits, todays retailers must identify which of the following three key areas in the market ihey want to position themselves in:1. Price: which tends to be led by everyday low-price retailers rather than discount stores2. Convenience: which is being slowly dominated by online retailing and especially by Amazon3. Experience: where the consumer visits a brick-and-mortar retailer on a journey of discovery.
