Objectives Diffused retinal pigment epitheliopathy (DRPE) is not necessarily the same as chronic central serous chorior-etinopathy (CSC), but a severe subgroup under the umbrella of chronic CSC. This study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of half-dose PDT treating DRPE.
