ILMA Co-Sponsors Auburn University's 2nd Industry Open House for Tribology Program

Auburn University's Samuel Ginn College of Engineering's tribology and lubrication science minor - the first of its kind - hosted an open house on March 20 for industry representatives. The minor, which currently has 12 students enrolled from a wide range of majors, prepares students for careers that require a background in tribology, and gives students an inside look at the industry through tours of local manufacturing facilities, hands-on experience with industry standard devices and equipment as well as through laboratory research and guest lectures from field experts.
