The UEIL HSE Working Group

The Union of the European Lubricants Industry (UEIL) has a number of working groups to discuss and exchange informa-tion on lubricants. These working groups meet three times a year at various locations in Europe. One of these groups is the Halth, Safety, Environment (HSE), dealing mainly with metal-working fluids (MWF), but also with other industrial fluids such as lubricants with incidental food contact. Since a wide variety of raw materials is used in MWF, and most of the products are in contact with end users, health and safety (H&S) questions are our main focus.
