Amendments to Permit Management Regulations for Public and Private Waste Clearance and Disposal Preannounced

Amendments to the Permit Management Regulations for Public and Private Waste Clearance and Disposal (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) were preannounced to improve the management of clearance and disposal organizations and to ensure proper waste treatment. Through the revisions, the EPA also aims to carry out the tracking of the products made from recycled materials and to implement the transparency of waste clearance fees.
