Evonik Sets New Organizational Structure

Evonik,the parent company of ILMA member RohMax USA,LP,has announced that its Chemicals Business Area is getting a new organizational structure.The existing twelve Chemical Business Units will be consolidated into six units.The existing Technology Specialties,Consumer Solutions and Specialty Materials reporting segments remain unaffected by this restructuring.The reorganization work was to have commenced at the beginning of 2008 and is expected to be completed in six months.
