Rosneft highlights refning uncertainty

Rosneft is undecided about future upgrades of its domestic refneries, but it will complete all work under way by the end of 2021 - including construction of new units and modernisa- tion of existing ones. Some “issues” must be resolved before the company can proceed with further spending on refnery upgrades in Russia, Rosneft first vice-president Pavel Fyodorov told a second- quarter fnancial results conference call on 7 August, without providing more details.
