Polish oil company Grupa Lotos said it will delay the planned start of a delayed coker (DCU) at its 210,000 b/d Gdansk refin- ery because its contractor will miss the completion date. Lotos planned to put the DCU online in mid-2018. It did not provide a new planned start date. The company in September hinted that DCU contractors are facing stafing problems and warned the planned start date might be missed.
