Aramco cuts almost all heavy crude January prices

Saudi state-owned Aramco has cut its ofcial January prices for heavy crudes in nearly all markets. The International Mari- time Organisation (IMO) low-sulphur marine fuel regulations come into efect in January, and will probably lower demand for heavy and sour crude.
