Enterprise Products Partners said a new long haul crude pipeline from the Permian basin to Houston, Texas, will have a capacity of 450,000 b/d. The new line, dubbed the Midland-to-Echo expansion, is expected to be in service in the third quarter of 2020, ac- cording to an Enterprise presentation at a Citigroup industry conference.
