Beijing spells out steps to stimulate domestic demand

Beijing will increase funding to local governments for infra- structure projects and cut taxes and payouts by corporations to stimulate domestic demand this year. The moves are broadly supportive of industrial markets but may not shield coke and coal demand from the economic slowdown.
