The Tasmanian government recently announced plans for the development of TasTAFE's new Trades and Water Centre of Excellence. The State and Federal funded project will see the construction of a new state-of-the-art training facility that will deliver training across electrical, plumbing and water, refrigeration and air conditioning and smart buildings technologies in order to meet industry demands.
