The cone/slip shape design enables the use of more capillary lines and monitoring cables downhole. The downhole environment of an oil and gas well is highly dynamic and cramped. Unable to physically see and measure in person what is happening down-hole, the petroleum industry must rely on the next best thing: digital technologies.
