A first impression is strongly influenced by one's own experience; Thus a new creation with glowing violet 'cauliflower offered in a chic, up-market restaurant, may well be found enchanting by the clients. We have also become quite familiar in supermarkets with yellow tomatoes, which at the beginning we found rather unusual. But there are limits. Who would-be happy to try a glowing blue banana? Or offer dinner guests dark black courgettes?
