摘要

This paper aims at assessing the fracture behavior, which occurs under the fatigue load of mode 1 at DCB specimen in CFRP with laminate angle bonded by adhesive. The fatigue experiments were carried out with the specimens of three laminate angles of 30o, 45o and 60o by endowing unique characteristics to each of the specimen by applying fiber laminate angle. As the results of fatigue experiment, the specimen of the laminate angle of 60o could withstand until approximately 30,000 cycles unlike those of the other two laminate angles and it was possible to observe that the surface of the bonding interface was maintained relatively smoothly. Accordingly, it is possible to discern that specimen of the laminate angle of 60o of CFRP displays outstanding material characteristics in the type of mode 1. The safe design of structure manufactured with CFRP bonded by adhesive can be secured. Also, this result can be applied to BIW (Body In White) at automobile manufacturing and UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) or drone.
