A State of the Art Review on Reactive Powder Concrete Slabs

摘要

In recent decades, there have been many improvements and enhancements in concrete technologies which had an impact on structural systems. In the form of superplasticizer, the cement mixture is used with silica fume in place of a pozzolanic material (silica fume) and steel fibers, and is classified as ultrahigh strength concrete in order to improve the structural behavior of the slabs. This review describes previous research literature relating to RPC mechanical properties and RPC slabs. So far, there are no available official design codes on RPC. Previous studies related to the present research can be categorized according to the historical background and development of RPC and its mechanical properties.
