The ultrasonic method has been widely used for biomolecules, to study their physico-chemical properties such as apparent molar volume and compressibility [1-5], proton-transfer reactions [6-9] and molecular association etc. Complexation between metals and biological ligands has also been studied employing a variety of techniques [10-16], and aiming towards the determination of the stability constant [17-22].
