This research studies the properties of local soil brick mixed with 3 different fly ash sources which are Maemoh, Kanchanaburi and Rayong. Three properties are investigated such as the compressive strength, flexural strength and thermal conductivity. The results are compared with local soil cement brick at the age of 3, 7, 14, 28, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 days. The results show that increasing of the compressive strength and the modulus of rupture depend up on the fly ash content and curing time. On the other hand both properties decrease with increasing fly ash content at more than 30% of dry solid weight. However study the thermal conductivity property, it shows that thermal conductivity decreases with increasing fly ash contents and curing time. In addition, studying the leachibility of soil cement brick mixed with fly ash, the results show that only Chromium (Cr) has the leachibility value as 0.092 mg·l~(-1) which is still less than the standard of 5.00 mg · l~(-1). From this research, the most appropriate formulation used to produce Pozzolanics soil Bricks is 5% of Portland cement type 1 and 30% of fly ash by dry solid weight. Finally, it is found that it can use as the structural clay loading bearing tile following by the Thai industrial standard, TIS102-2517 and TCPS 602/2547; following the properties above, this can confirm that the Pozzolanics bricks are safe to user and also ready to use as the low cost house materials in the local area of Thailand.
