Autonomously operating remelting furnaces

New generation Bartz tilting rotary furnaces (TRF) are enabled for smart operation within the Industry 4.0 environment. A novel Autonomous ProceB Controller (APC) performs statistical real-time evaluation of in-proceB and peripheral parameters allowing for complete selfcontrol of the furnace. The performance is continuously reproducible and safeguarded without operator intervention.
