摘要

India and China have abused their World Trade Organization subsidy limits in agriculture and holding the counties accountable is "top [of] the priority list," Gregg Doud, U.S. Trade Representative's chief agriculture negotiator, said Tuesday. "We think China has done in excess of $100 billion more in subsidies to its farmers than it was allowed to do." he said at the annual symposium of the American Sugar Alliance, according to an ASA release. He added that India has surpassed its WTO limits in wheat and rice.
