The use of the latest structural adhesives from Dow Automotive helps to improve the safety and reduce the weight of vehicle bodies.The higher safety levels are a result of the increased stiffness caused by the continuous bond line.The reduction in weight is due to the fact that the adhesives allow weight-saving materials such as high-strength steels or aluminium to be used,as in the case of the Audi A8.
