Comparative Evaluation of Intubating Condition with Depolarizer and Non-Depolarizer Muscle Relaxants (Succinylcholinevs Rocuronium)

There are many situations where anaesthesia personnel wants to intubate very fast, where chances of gastric aspiration are higher side. Succinylcholine, a depolarizer muscle reiaxant is commonly used for rapid sequence of intubation. The depolarizing effect like fasciculation, myalgia, hyperkalemia raised pressure etc of this drug limits. Rocuronium has rapid onset of action and has been used where intubation is required very fast. Here we will compare the Rocuronium with Succinylcholine for rapid intubation in different types of patients from the surgical list.
