Improving Safety Efficiency of IFFCO Aonla Fertilizer Plant

Process/Design safety features and innovations play a vital role in Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) management, which proactively identifies and manages the risks, the industry faces. The chemical process industry should continually improve their process safety performance not only for energy efficiency, but also for safety of the personnel. Recognising this, IFFCO-Aonla is continuously putting efforts for improvement in Process Safety Management, Safety Culture & Consciousness in Health and Environment Aspects & Management. This paper describes briefly about IFFCO-Aonla unit policies and procedures which are being followed for continual improvement in SHE at Aonla.
