Training Programme for Fertiliser Dealers and Progressive Farmers

The Fertiliser Association of India (FAI) - Southern Region (SR) organized a training programme on "Soil Health Governance through Balanced Fertilisation" for fertiliser dealers and progressive farmers on 23rd February 2017 at Sri Avinashilingam Krishi Vigyan Kendra (SAKVK), Vivekananda-puram, Coimbatore District of Tamil Nadu. Dr. R. Natesan, Professor, Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore inaugurated the programme. Dr. P. Kumara-vadivelu, Programme Coordinator and Head of the KVK, presided over the meeting. Mr. S. Krishna Kumar, Additional Director of Agriculture (ADA), Quality Control (QC), Government of Tamil Nadu was the guest of honour. Ninety three dealers and progressive farmers participated in the programme.
