An increasing number of designers and architects are exerting their creativity to come up with measures for preventing a decrease in tax revenues and retrieving the vigor of the past. One of the trends in that flow is the design of venues that grow on an ongoing basis. How should they convey the appeal of a town to outsiders and locals?
