Letter to the editor regarding article, 'A challenging problem that concerns the aesthetic surgeon'.

To the Editor:We read with interest Eryilmaz's et al recently published article regarding postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV).~1 We applaud their efforts to help us improve outcomes for our esthetic patients by describing risk factors and prophylactic therapy for PONV. The authors accurately point out that postoperative nausea may lead to hematoma; however, they also state that, "When compared with other postoperative complications, PONV is of minor medical importance......"
