Eremophilas at the National Arboretum, Canberra

The Terra Australis Garden is the last garden of seven in the Gallery of Gardens leading out from the Visitor Centre at the National Arboretum in Canberra. The Terra Australis Garden was developed by the Australian Native Plants Society (Australia), and was designed by landscape architect Lawrie Smith as a stylised representation of the geography and diverse flora of Australia.The garden is intended to show off Australian native plants in a formal setting. The garden itself is approximately 20 m x 30 m and has a path through the centre with considerable rockwork added and a small water feature. The Terra Australis Garden was opened by Angus Stewart in November 2018.
