Estimation of the mean waiting time for transmission over a reserved channel with restricted communications facilities

The mean waiting time in distributed control systems for the case in which the reserved channels are not completely linked to certain nodes functional resource allocation nodes is estimated. An estimate is performed for different protocols for transfer of information frames from a queue of nodes with analysis of multiple-access costs. The estimates takes into account the communications potential of the reserved channels.
