Weber Spindles and Step Feeders may not have landed on the moon, but we've set the bar on achieving lofty goals. Our systems are now employed to relieve the customer from extreme variation, costly WIP production and long downtime. We provided two different, fully interchangeable, quick disconnect spindle heads with quick disconnect bit assemblies. Weber's integral Analog Depth sensor is programmed with 11 set points. The quick disconnect feature is key in that it makes for INTERCHANGEABLE tooling vs the customer's old ADJUSTABLE tooling.
