Quadrant Energy is waiting for sea conditions to improve so that it can spud the Dorado-1 exploration well offshore Australia using the Ensco 107 jack-up. The Dorado-1 well is located in the WA-437-P exploration permit, which is operated by Quadrant with an 80% stake and Carnarvon Petroleum holds the remaining 20%.
