Exxon earned $20.8 Bn in 2018

US major ExxonMobil has posted estimated 2018 earnings of US $20.8 Bn compared to $19.7 Bn in 2017. Excluding US tax reform and asset impairments, earnings were $21 Bn, compared with $15.3 Bn in 2017. Cash flow from operations and asset sales was $40.1 Bn, including proceeds associated with asset sales of $4.1 Bn. Capital and exploration expenditures were $25.9 Bn, including incremental spend to accelerate value capture.
