US Gulf coast gasoline prices plunged to their lowest in more than four years. Ny- mex futures collapsed after Saudi Arabia announced plans to ramp up crude pro- duction in the face of lower global demand caused by the coronavirus outbreak. Gulf coast gasoline markets began transitioning to summer specifcations, while the region's stocks posted their biggest weekly drop in more than a year to about 88mn bl in the week ending 28 February, EIA data show.
