摘要

As the report indicated that one of the most important priorities to which the Arab steel industry is exposed at present is the dumping issue, so it is one of the most important issues raised and influencing the march of the Arab steel industry but even the march of the steel industry in the world. This issue has resulted in the growing volume of the international disputes connected with the trade of iron and steel internationally. This has been accompanied with multiple methods of protection imposed by the states to protect their local production in addition to the global economic recession affecting the size of demand for the iron and steel products in most different regions of the world. This has also led to the presence of overcapacities worldwide caused by the reduced size of investments in the construction projects and the infrastructure projects.
