Background: May-Thurner syndrome (MTS) leads to an increased incidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT). Early thrombus removal decreases the post-thrombotic morbidities. Our aim was to better elucidate the relationship between MTS and venous patency after catheterdirected thrombolysis (CDT).
