AATP Sells Commodity Threaded Rod Business in Indiana and Focuses on Specialty Threaded Products

In an effort to focus on specialty threaded products, All America Threaded Products, Inc. announced the sale of its large-volume, commodity threaded rod business based in Indianapolis, Indiana, to Vulcan Threaded Products, Inc., a division of Steel Dynamics, Inc. AATP will continue to operate All America Threaded Products Divisions in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and Denver, Colorado, and will primarily focus on producing and selling specialty threaded products out of those locations.
