The Making of a Gtrawberry Port

The term strawberry port is my way of describing a fortified strawberry dessert wine. I began making this version of strawberry wine seven years ago and won an AWS gold medal with it. This method has won me strawberry wine medals every year since. Itseems to me to be a way of preserving the maximum amount of flavor. I will first summarize the process and then go into detail for the various steps.
