Eni is launching the new double platform Northern Gas Complex (NGC) project off Angola in what could just be the first stage of a phased block wide development. The Italian operator is asking for expressions of interest from contractors for the development of the shallow water Quiluma and Maboquiero fields via two new platforms and 14 wells.
