SBM finally awarded New Age Cameroon FLNG

New Age has awarded the SBM consortium the. contract for its Etinde FLNG project off Cameroon after-agreeing fiscal terms with the government. The operator is still drilling the first of two wells to firm up extra reserves on the block but last week signed a formal gas convention agreement with the government and said that: "a contract has been awarded to a consortium led by SBM Offshore, in conjunction with JGC Corporation and Chinese partners, to develop the FLNG project."
