CNR drilling ahead on new Baobab phase

Canadian Natural Resources has restarted its infill drilling campaign at the Baobab field off Cote d'lvoire . In early 2016 the firm decided to postpone Phase 4 of its Baobab project shortly after completing the six well Phase 3 stage on the deepwater field. It has since replaced two risers and reached a new agreement with Modec over the FPSO which enables the Baobab Life Extension project to go ahead and keeps the vessel on station until 2038.
