Seplat and Amni hit by Nigeria local board

Seplat and Amni have separately been asked to explain tendering issues by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB). The body has directed Seplat to stop work on its Anoh gas plant project in OML 53 alleging violation of the 2010 local content act by awarding the contract to Abu Dhabi based Global Process Systems.
