Eni is pushing forwards the development of its shallow water discoveries off Angola as part of a new focus on gas in the country. Late last year the Italian operator and Sonangol signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the assessment of associated and non-associated gas resources, to be traded on both domestic and international markets.
