Sao Tome and E Guinea joint exploration

Sao Tome & Principe (STP) and Equatorial Guinea (EG) hope to reach a joint exploration agreement over disputed acreage by the end of the year. The disagreement over what is part of Block 2 off STP or Block 22 off EG has been ongoing for many years but in late 2015 EG proposed the creation of a joint venture oil exploration.
