Tullow completes Gabon Dussafu deal amidst cost disputes

Tullow Oil has completed its back-in to BW Energy's producing Dussafu block in Gabon but a dispute over past costs may end in arbitration. The troubled UK independent had a historical right to take up to 10% in the acreage within 30 days of first oil from the Tortue project and confirmed its desire around a year ago.
