Tullow Oil is still beset by problems across its African portfolio as it battles to remain convincing as an independent operator. The company has hit roadblocks at almost every turn in recent years and there is no current respite despite the most serious setback late last year when it reduced its production outlook from the Jubilee and TEN fields in Ghana and its senior management fell on their swords.
