Shell's giant Bonga Southwest Aparo project off Nigeria is lurching forward once again with technical and commercial bids starting to be submitted.While the FPSO bidders have until September 11 to submit,the other tenders have started to close.For the pipeline,flowline,risers and installation package McDermott,Nigerstar 7,Saipem,Sapura and Technip are believed to have submitted yesterday.The subsea hardware is centered on FMC and OneSubsea with the umbilicals competition including Aker Solutions,Oceaneer-ing,Technip,Nexans/FODE and Hydrodive/WAOS.The single point mooring features Nigerstar 7,NOC and Imodco.The FPSO bids still have until September 11 before submission but the list may be as notable for its absences as its entrants.
