FEATURES OF THE ARG-X PROTEOLYSIS LOCALIZATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF DEACETYLATION INHIBITION OF THE CELL NUCLEI PROTEINS OF GERMS SPRING WHEAT AND WINTER WHEAT

摘要

In the present work, it is shown that the activity of Arg-Xproteolysis in trypsin-like complexes extracted from non-histone and histone blocks of suprastructures (nucleoplasm, chromatin, nuclear matrix), of cell nuclei of 24h germs of spring wheat andtransformed from it winter wheat has its own differences. It is suggested that the revealed features of Arg-X proteolysis may be associated with the assembly of nucleosomes and possibly nucleosome control of gene expression.
